Sivananda yoga is a type of yoga that is based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda. This style of yoga has its roots in Hatha yoga and a strong focus on the health and physical well-being of the yogi. It involves regular periods of relaxation and yogic breathing techniques, or pranayama.

Cancellation Policy
To respect the Oysis community, please make sure to cancel a class at least 10 hours before its start time to avoid blocking the spot for other other yogis waiting to join. If only one person has booked a group class, the studio may cancel it. You will be notified, and receive a cancellation email. If you cancel, a fee of €1 will be collected to process the payments through our partners (Stripe).
