Have you always wanted to try yoga but aren't sure which style is right for you? Why not try a private class. The lesson is individually designed for you to encourage progressive development and bring you joy.
Yoga asanas were created to hold a meditation posture for a longer period of time. But we tend to forget it. Join our combined classes to have an absolute yoga experience. Class includes preparation practise, breathing techniques, asana practice and meditation.
